Currently, I am about to enter phase 1 in the TUFF CUFF training, doing the high school program. What I notice is that their is a very long break for fall sports. Here’s my question. I do not play fall sports. So what workout program should I do to fill that gap. Thanks
Try and find a workout regiment for you. Do running everyday and try to get to a gym if possible.
All you do is continue through to phase 2,3,4. If you have the time, follow the Phase 5 throwing in the fall for all of Phase 1.
