So I've been following the Tuff Cuff program to the T, and got to arm day for bicep curls, db press, and other tricep workouts.
My question is do I remain at smaller weight(s), or can I max out with the weight up higher and higher?
Push the weight to the point where you can still complete the reps while maintaining good form. The programming in TUFFCUFF has three pull exercises for every push to keep you flexible while adding strength. Keep working hard!
