I’m debating getting this Tuff Cuff program for my son. What I’m wondering is which one should I get? He is only 12 but he is already very strong and from what I hear most of this is weight and rubber bands which he has been doing bands and light weights for 2 years now, should I just get the Tuff Cuff for the older kids or stick with the Jr?
I’d go with Tuff Cuff as it will be useful longer.
Having seen the Tuff Cuff, there isn’t anything in there a committed 12 year old could not handle. I would skip the Jr and get the Tuff Cuff.
Sounds like he’s probably able to go with the older program. I can help you modify as needed.
