Tuff Cuff Equipment

I was thinking of purchasing a copy of the Tuff Cuff manual and was wondering if it required any expensive equipent like a large set of weights, dumbells etc. I’m under a budget since i’m ur typical jobless teen. I’m sure the workouts are worth it, its just that purchasing the manual and not being able to use it seems like a waste.

Do you have access to a local gym or high school weight room?

If so, that’ all you need … and a good bit of dedication and work ethic

Local gym, no. High school weight room, maybe since i dont know the schools policy on individual student usage especially if we need to be watched by staff

Is there anything specific i need though?

Can you join a gym? or like the YMCA? They have weight rooms.

I mean, here’s a list of some of the training aids that can be found in TUFFCUFF. But even if you don’t have these items, there are a ton of other exercises than you can use in their place that use perhaps more common equipment.
