What exercises would you suggest?
In terms of what? Weights or tubes like your topic says? I dont know much about the tubes, but i can tell you to work your traps, upper back, and shoulders obviously.
No tubing, I already have a weights workout program

The ones i do are just a simulated throw and then stand on one end of the tube and raise your arm and turn your hand over like your drawing a swoard.
Scroll down about a 1/4 of the page. Those exersices should be enough to get you started. Also, a simple search on google or any search engine should return some decent results.
