yeh i weigh about 150 if i loose couple pounds and just get fit and feel better would i gain more speed

If you add strength that applies to pitching, you will throw faster. If you cut calories and lose muscle mass as well as fat, you will throw slower.

Weight isn’t the issue, it is muscle and strength as it applies to pitching (speed strength/ explosive strength).
