i train at a facility called WBI ( and all of the throwing exercise are about scap loading and exploding and not pulling glove side. The co owner and curriculum devloper Ken Knutson is the current pitching coach for Arizona state and former UW coach. i believe in his curriculum but what does scap loading truly do for you. and wat besides the trowing drill, like in the weight room can i do to work my scaps.

There are lots of stuff you can do for scaps (upper back and shoulder blades). Lat pulldowns, lat pulldown pinches, tubing, low rows, bodyblade, etc., etc.
