Barbaccios are an exercise where you bring the barbell up from a hang position and explode forward when the weight reaches shoulder height. It was something I saw demonstrated a while back and started to mess around with. Now, however, I would not advise pitchers to do the exercise. The possibility for injury is too high to justify possible gains.
