Go inside and throw.
Get some "pre-wrap" and some 'hand warmers'. Then wrap the hand warmers somewhere around the elbow (wherever its comfortable), and on the inside of the wrist (warms the hands/fingers) and wrap one somewhere around the shoulder if you can manage. Then put on some long sleeve "second skin" style Under Armour to make sure they stay in place.
I've used this method b4, and it works for a little while.
