I have had bad arm problems in the past and i saw my physical therapist yesterday and he said i need to keek my elbow level with my shoulder which makes sense but do you guys have any tips on keeping it level and not dropping or raising it thanks :.D

extend you arm out
tilt your upper body to the glove arm side(more)
release with an extended arm & above your head

I would not recommend this. A posture change such as this can get the body’s momentum going in a direction other than the direction the arm is trying to throw the ball. It can also throw off timing and balance and lead to opening up early. These things can add stress to the arm.
