Timed interval throwing program

Can somebody please explain what this is. Also what are the pros and cons in terms of results to this program compared to say the Jaeger Long Toss Program. I want to start some sort of program to help add a couple mph over the summer, and i just want some help in terms of what the best choice would be. Thanks.

Nothing “special” about either programs. One is based on distance and # of throws. The other is based on distance and time. In other words, they’re the same principle… A couple days of long toss mixed in with a couple days of bullpens and a game appearance a week and you’re on your way!
