Should I stretch these muscles everyday I’ve noticed when doing reach and sit it’s hard and i can’t get legs all the way near lock out in the penudlum side to side with my legs. Will stretching everyday help this?

To stretch your hamstrings easily,
take a beach towel
fold hot dog style several times
take an end in each hand
put around foot
Flexibilty is key in pitching. Make sure to stretch out every day.
