Throwing velocity vs. pitching velocity

If I throw around 82 mph when I’m just throwing (no leg lift or momentum), how hard should I be throwing when I’m pitching? (leg lift and momentum) I thought I would be around 85 or so, since I used a formula that House says that with a leg lift you get 3% more velocity so I would be around 85, but if you have a better idea tell me please.

Truthfully, I think i throw 3-4 mph faster when I am off the mound… But that might be different for everyone. Thats with no leg lift and stuff…

Action perception gap? Help me out lanky. If you throw harder on flat ground or without a leg lift you got problems.
