Throwing from "down under"

#1

i converted to submarine at the end of last year because my fastball is not good enough for the next level. i recently began throwing for this year and i posted a picture of my arm angle. the thing is, i heard that submariners have a lot of movement on their pitches, but i dont. how can i improve on my movement? i just finished my fresh year of college and would like to walk on to a team. can anyone give me tips on movement? thanks

Its all in the wrists

Your not gonna throw harder from submarine.

For a 2 seams follow through and cut through the ballwith your middle finger. The middle finger should be the last thing the ball touches. Just throw it how you would over hand

Im not to0 sure about a curveball though

BUT

YOU CAN BECOME A SICK SUBMARINER IF YOU CAN GET YOUR FASTBALL TO ABOUT 80 AND HAVE A SICK STRAIGHT CHANGE.

SINCE THE BALL IS BEING THROWN UP HITTERS HAVE A HARD TIME READING THE SPEEDS

Sinking action is easy to attain at submarine style. When you release the ball and the baseball is rolling off your fingertips snap your wrist a little biyt upward do help the ball get good solid downward spin. You will be some dropage
