Throwing excercises

i have 7 to 8 mechanics excercises in my little program i have. how many ball does anyone suggest is hould throw

Gotta be a little more specific here. What specific exercises are you performing? When are you performing them? And for what purpose?

There also also hundreds of “throwing” exercsies you could do w/o a ball as wel (ie towel drill)

these are the throwing excercises i do with a ball

wrist flicks
knee dril
torso drill
power position
release position

and i do towel drills also

any recommendations
