Nice article you made. Do you know any exercises to loosen up my deaccelaration muscles? They’re sometimes pretty tight after a bullpen session.

The best stretches for the rotator cuff, which does the vast majority of the deceleration work, are the sleeper stretch and the arm across stretches. If you check out my site there is an article on the sleeper stretch:
