im thinking of trying throwing more across my body im a 15 y/o lefty freshman who as a below average fastball pretty good curve and working on a change up does anybody think it would be beneficial or bad because i hear when doing this it can add quite a bit of deception to your delevery
how about you just pitch your natural/comfortable action

Don’t worry about it. If you’re a natural sidearmer you’re going to throw across your body anyway—and even if you don’t throw sidearm you can certainly make this work to your advantage.
