When doing this program, how many sets of how many reps should I do? Here is the link for you who don’t know about it yet.

I used to do 3 sets of 12-15 everyday when I was training and when I was in season I cut it down to every other day.
During my rehab, I curently do 3 sets of 8-10 everyday, same weight/resistance every time.
Last year (before my injury) I was doing 12-15 on my first set, 10-12 on the 2nd (with more weight/resistance) and finally 8-10 on the last set with more weight/resistance.
