"Thrower's 10" versus Jaeger program?

I’ve recently order some Jaeger bands and his DVD (not received them yet) and was wondering how similar his routine is to the “Thrower’s 10” band workout? Also I read some posters who’ve described “Thrower’s 10” as more of a warm-up or stretching versus a conditioning program. So is “Thrower’s 10” more a warm-up and Jaeger more of a conditioning program? Any comments would be appreciated.
