Thrower's 10 Program

I am implementing the “Thrower’s 10” routine with my quarterbacks this offseason to help strengthen the small, important muscles needed for throwing. Just curious about one thing…how often do you recommend doing this program? Is this something that would be beneficial everyday? Thanks in advance!

3 times a week in the off-season and 2-3 times a week in season is what I did, keeping it very lightweight.
