The Way I Are (and eat)

When you eat a meal, do you take a bite of each separate item like chicken, potatoes, veggies, chicken, potatoes, veggies, or do you go straight for the entire chicken the all the potatoes then all the veggies?

Would one way be better than the other?

I know this is kind of random so I kept it out of the workouts/nutrition forum :wink:

I finish one dish then move to the next getting a new glass of milk between dishes.

Umm. Ok.
I eat all the chicken, then all the potatoes, then all the veggies. Then I guzzle the milk.
