The speed of moving pitches

So i have a questions for anybody that reads this and the question is whether pitches move or break more when the pitch is thrown faster. Take for example a 90MPH cutter vs a 60MPH cutter or a curveball or any other breaking ball. Would throwing the ball faster make it break more or would the grip play more of a major role especially in pitches that don’t break much like the cutter.

Certain pitches may not break differently in terms of distance but may break quicker, sharper, and later.

Spin rate is an important factor. The higher the spin rate, the greater the amount of movement. It has been shown that a release point that is further out in front will usually produce a higher spin rate.
