The next time you're sitting on the bench, turn to one of your teammates and say:
Ya know, our highway department found 100 crows dead along that interstate just outside of town. They were concerned that they might have died because of that bird flue that was going around. So they did some tests and found no sickness, BUT, they did find traces of paint on the beaks and feathers. So after some testing they found that the crows were killed by trucks traveling on that interstate. After some time passed, someone wondered why? After all, crows usually have a lookout to signal other crows of impending danger. Then these officials realized that the crows signaling danger could only warn other crows by calling out " CHAR", "CHAR". they couldn't call out "TRUCK", "TRUCK."
