The Mechanical Flaws that Cause Injuries

What are the specific mechanical flaws that cause injury to the shoulder, and the different flaws that cause injury to the elbow.

What are the differences to the shoulder as oppose to the elbow?

I don’t have the reference handy but the ASMI did a study that showed that postural issues (i.e. tilting to the glove side) increases the forces applied to the elbow.

I consider early shoulder rotation to also be a source of extra wear and tear on the arm.

Supinating into release point is generally considered a source for injuries as well.
