How did you plan for your next start.
What did you do/recommend the day after and the next few days leading up to your next start.
What running/throwing do you suggest and is there anything else a player should do.
The day after I like doing some jogging. Sprints are good but not the day after as my body is recovering. Two and four days before a start I like bullpen on flat ground. Thats just me. I not sure how college and upper does bullpen between starts. How do you guys do it if your in a rotation every 5-7 days? Is there room to bullpen? bullpen on the mound? I do it on flats to ease arm stress though Im temped to throw off a mound sometimes.
