That time of the year again

I have been working my butt off this offseason and I have about 6 weeks till baseball starts. I would like any input on my workout:

Upperbody
-dbl bench press
-reverse curls
-forarm curls
-military press
-pull ups
-chin ups
-towel pull ups
-jobes workout

lowerbody
-squat
-front squat
-overhead squat
-lunges w/ dbl
-step ups w/dbl
-leg press
-power cleans
-calf raises

core workout
-medicine ball overhead, side, slams,and unbalenced

Thats good sidearmer. How are you dividing workouts? How often are you lifting?

i lift 4 days a week alternating lower body one day upper the next, the medicine ball workout i do 4 days a week.
