I appreciate that arm care package you put together with the video I have it saved to my computer and have been doing it for a few months before throwing. I noticed that I don’t get the achy/tired arm I usually did the first few tryouts of the year and I feel much stronger. I also threw my first bullpen and noticed some velocity, definitely noticed an increase but not sure if I’m meeting my goal of 85 mph yet or not but i’ve gotta be close now. Just wanted to say thanks again.
