Does anyone have any infomation on using them for core strengthening? Anyone against them? I usually incorporate them into my training but I was curious if anyone have any great core exercises involved with them?
100% YES! I used them all the time and you can find a number of swiss ball workouts in my tuffcuff manual.
Does anyone have any good exercises that a pitcher should be doing. I do crunches, oblique crunches, and planks. Anything else I can work in?
