Well I finally got my shoulder MRI results in the mail, and it said that I have Tendinopathy(tendinitis) in the supraspinatus tendon. I might not be able to go back to the doctor because our insurance ran out due to my mom’s job change, and we can’t have medical insurance for another 90 days. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have any info on what I can do to heal it? I tried google, and the only thing I found was a page with exercises, but you had to subscribe to it…lame. Any help would be great, thanks.
Sounds like a tendonitis in the rotator cuff group, although i stress that I’m no expert I would start with 4-6 weeks of rest then start up with a dumb bell and tubing routine.
order tuff cuff
read tuff cuff page to page
plan your attack with the tuff cuff program
gather your needed supplies (med balls, dumb bells, etc)
start phase 1 of tuff cuff
