In general what supplements do you guys recommend for a 17 year old striving college baseball player to take. Also what types of supplements are most beneficial for muscle growth?

Right now, I’m just taking protein after workouts. I’ve heard that cell mass (by the company that makes no explode) works wonders for muscle development but that’s also a big name big advertising company who may be loading up there advertisements?

You guys recommend any vitamins, supplements, or muscle development powders, pills, anything?

Multivitamin, fish oil caps, whey protein and creatine mono are the most basic and proven supplements.

Unless your diet is absolutely perfect, then I wouldn’t bother with the extra stuff. Most people eat crappy food, then try to find a magic supplement to help them. Fix the diet first, then start adding supplements where they are needed.
