Are con-cret and animal pak good for baseball pitchers? If not, what supplements are good?
Unless your diet is in shape (high protein, adequate calories), they do not matter.
The only supplements I recommend are:
-Protein shakes (not really a supplement)
-Fish oil capsules
-Caffeine near workouts/games if desired
They are all inexpensive and have been proven to work.
come on kyle, we both know liquid fish oil is the way to go
I legitimately drink this and it doesn’t taste like much of anything, plus way cheaper
Maybe a dumb question, but what is fish oil and why take it?
I can’t deal with the liquid fish oil, man. It’s definitely cheaper, though.
