I have TuffCuff and I have looked at the long toss programs.
My question is whether there is a program to use during the summer that does not take a while to warm you up as the 90 day program does. I have already gone through the spring season and do not need to do the light tossing to warm my arm up as i would have to in the winter.
I am 6’0 168 and i throw about 85 consistently. Sophmore in high school.
Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
