Your stride should be about your body length or even less if it goes over that say 120% of your height you could be overstriding or you could have like what Tom Seaver had and had an abnormally long stride. This only works for guys who have a lot of muscles in their legs such as Seaver

Yes I agree :slight_smile: The length I’ve heard from most is 80% of your body height.

I completely agree. I think its the reason I throw so much better at the start of the season and i pitch muchharder is because my legs are strong enough to support my stride right after hockey season but i don’t keep up the leg strength and my legs get a bit weaker and i cant support the same stride anymore.
