I have been having some pain in my arm right above the elbow. After getting an MRI and following up with my doctor i learned I have a stress reaction of the distal humerus. Apparently this means the bone gave off the same signals as a stress fracture without the fracture line. No pitching for a month then hopefully I can get back into it. I am doing PT through the trainers at my school but I was thinking aside from that I will start wearing my compression sleeve again(hopefully increase blood flow to area) and look into some joint/bone supplements (i figure it cant really hurt).
Has anyone else had a stress fracture or reaction that could give me some insights or tips.
