Strengthening the throwing arm

Hey guys, one teammate of mine found this site with videos for strengthnening the arm.

Are these exercises good for the arm? I saw most of these on Steven Ellis site also. Should I try and do it?

The bad thing is that they don’t say how many reps or how many times should you do it.

we do all of the tubing excercises plus a few more, we dont do much with free weights, but probably 12-15 reps slow and controlled

These exercises are more of a preventative measure than something to improve performance. All pitchers should be doing these exercises or something very similar.
