strength training

i try to workout every otehr day and i do this weighted ball program on the other days but it’s hard cause the day after i workout i am so sore i can barely throw so wat should i do?

If i were you, and this is my opinion, i would stop the weighted ball during season and just workout with weights, if you are goin to continue maybe try modifying your workouts.

Are you stretching real well before and after your workouts?
