Strength Training for the Elbow

For all of you who have been having trouble with your elbow, here is an article that was posted here in the pitching blogs from Steve Ellis from a doctor who works on “pitcher’s elbow”. He breaks it down to the micro-tears and ligaments, not to mention the strength training that can be used to strengthen the muscles around the elbow to help with greater flexion.
