As a highschool pitcher i want to get stronger. However, as i get bigger and stronger, will that affect my flexibility? Thanks
this depends on how you train. If you train using full range of motion, freeweight exercises in a balanced program, emphasize mobility, flexibility and soft tissue work you should have little to worry about with regards to flexibility.

ive been told by a couple sports doctors to keep most exercises at about 12-15 reps to stay lean as opposed to getting muscle mass with 8 reps of heavier weight. Both also said not to do shoulder work in season because they get enough work from our throwing programs.
