What can i do as far as running goes (or any other exercises)to strengthen my agility?
cone drills…ex make a square with 4 cones about 10 or 12 feet apart…run from cone a up to cone b, then shuffle from cone b to cone c, backpedal from c to d, and karoka (sp?) from d back to a.
i usually go for a minute straight or so and then rest for the same amount of time
agility ladders are great. you can make one yourself. theres a million different types of drills you can do.
