Im wondering, is a straight leg wind up good? Ive been practicing with it and Iv got more speed 2 it, and it feels like I hav more control, plus Im comfterble with it.I raise it about 1-1 1/2 ft off the ground and when I release the ball I do a somewhat of a swivle on my foot. I know there r risks 2 the swivle, considering I could break my ankle so Im practicing in cleets at my schools mound so I know how 2 not hurt myself. But Im wondering if its a good wind-up.
