Straight Into Working Out

Fall Ball is done, im planning on not throwing until about mid december. But im going straight into strength gaining working out. Is that bad that im not really letting my body rest?

If you have injuries, yes. If not, then it shouldn’t be too bad. You’ll want to start out slowly and build volume progressively.

Yea you can rest your arm that is fine, but it isnt going to hurt you to start your offseason workouts right away. You may want to take a week off or so, but it wont hurt if you start right away. Dont go all out the first day because you dont know how your body is going to react to the workouts, go slow at first and see how your body responds the next day to the workouts and adjust from there.
