Step behind mechanics-new


My knee has been getting better and so has my ankle. Neither of them are at 100% yet, but they are improving. Both the throws are pretty close to 100%. As my knee/ankle health continues to improve, my leg action will improve more too. At least that’s the plan.

I have been working on my posture and keeping myself more upright as I go forward. I think this will help with accuracy and keep my mechanics more consistent.
