I can’t seem to stay tall when im heading towards home. What I do is when I start heading towards home, my back knee bends and im in a low position. I know a video would clear this up, but since I don’t have a video camera, I cant post it lol. But what are some ways that I can work on staying tall?
Many great pitchers do not stay tall in their delivery.
Instead of worrying about staying tall, I’d worry about how much head movement you have when your back knee bends. If it takes a big dip, then you might consider starting with the knees bent more to reduce that big dip. This way you direct all of your energy toward the plate instead of up and down.
