Starting TuffCuff

I’m going to buy the book later today and I am pretty pumped.
I have been on a pitcher specific workout plan for some time now. The thing that interests me with Tuffcuff is that the workouts are continually changing.

Could I just begin doing the In season workouts right now. Or should I wait until the summer to begin with the Off Season?

You bet. That’s exactly what I’d do. In fact, in the Cubs organization, we shifted into the In-Season program (Phase 5) in Spring Training.
