I squat going all the way down until my thighs are touching my calfs. Should I keep doing this? I feel like I get a better workout when I do it but I don’t see anybody else doing it like I do.
Yes, you should keep doing that. The reason you don’t see anyone else doing it is because it’s tougher.
That’s also a good way to hurt yourself.
that sounds like it would be really bad on the knees
you could always wrap up your knees, but you can just do squat jumps with a medicine ball those are good so you dont mess up your back and knees
