Lately while i’ve been doing squats i’ve been hearing/feeling a scraping and kind of cracking noise in my right knee. I’m a righty so this would affect me in my delivery if i aggravate it too much. Our tryouts are on the 17th and I was wondering if anyone else has ever gone through this or know what’s wrong. This hasn’t affected me in my delivery yet but i don’t want it to get too bad so i’ve laid of the squats lately and been doing calf raises and running/lunges for leg exercises.
I’d still like to know what’s wrong and know if anyone else has gone through it though.
