hey guys whats up.
i was wondering whether or not sprints are important for a baseball pitcher.
I was planning on doing 10 sprints every day at a distance of 90feet. And then 5 sprints at 180 feet(60 yard dash).
I will also do these 5 days a week.
will my velocity increase from doing sprints
Is it okay to do them 5 days a week.
Can i still weight lift 2 days a week with heavy weights on my legs and do sprints as well.
