hey guys whats up.
Right now i have a good upper body, lower body, core and plyometric workout routine. But i am kind of lacking on the running part.
How much running does a pitcher really need. I would like to do some sprints. But right now it is winter time. So i am kind of confused on how to get it done.
I do have a tredmill. Our tredmill goes up to 10mph which is pretty fast i think. I can run it though lol.
But ya can someone give me a full weekly schedule of running on what to do. I will follow the schedule to a tee btw.
But ya i reallly need a running schedule that i can do on the tredmill.
