Hey guys whats up. So i have been doing leg strengthening monday and thursday with heavy weights. My legs don’t hurt and i can throw hard that day. But it seems the next day my legs are fine but i just can’t get any power out of them at all.
I also do yoga like every day. There are a few exercises that really strain my legs like trying to touch my toes but a different version of it. And my legs are like shaking and really really sore. So ya.
Should i be doing this in the regular season. Because there are days where i can hit 79-80mph with ease and some day its a battle to even hit 75mph. So ya. When should i do my heavy leg strengthening and my yoga. And i also do sprints. Do you think my legs are getting to tired and that ist he reason for me not hitting my top velocity. or what.
