Besides icing ur arm and running, are there any other ways to recover a sore arm?
Based on personal experience. Don’t do anything. Let it rest.
Canned items can be a healthy choice like tuna or pineapples but i opened a can of pineapples today and i shanked my finger on the can and it was gushing blood

Yea like Flyer said, rest is important. I sometimes will add to the rest by sleeping at night with under armour on my pitching arm
when i hurt my arm i put heat and ice on it
It is really important to know where you are “sore” to determine if it is joint/ligament/capsule vs. muscular. Treatment strategies would certainly be different.
